I know lately, my posts have been marked under ‘Shh..’ which is no fun for stalkers, I mean readers, okay anybody?

My mind has been full of bad personal thoughts lately, hence the password protection. It’s time to start cultivating my mind with good thoughts, as it is powerful yadda yadda (get the quote from my Godbro instead..)

So today I went for his POP. Strangely, it was a pretty emotional experience, but I don’t mean emotional as in tearing. But it definitely tugged on my heartstrings. Just a lil, okay, I am kidding, quite a fair bit. Seeing the guys endure the regimental training and not being allowed to have any freedom of thinking/actions is abit weird. It makes me feel sad inside that they are being ‘tortured’ into becoming men. I know that people are going to think of me as a useless chick who does not know what I am talking about. Let me clarify by saying that I know NS is all for the sake of the greater good. I am pretty pro-NS, but this is just how I feel when I see those men marching and performing drills. They kind of remind me of lab mice/rats. However, apart from sadness, I also feel a swelling amount of pride for Singaporean guys who go through this training. Yes, they do complain a alot as well, but they put their mind and bodies to it after all. All for the sake of protecting the nation and its women.

Having an NS bf is not easy. You have to try to understand the guys and try to make them understand you in return. Most of the times, there’s conflict in achieving the above two simultaneously. But I guess being a guy is just as hard. Okay, I am bored of this topic.

All in all, after seeing the sweat, toil and blood of the ‘aNt’Smen (because they all look like ants on the parade square), I vow to be 0.01% nicer to all enlisted guys and 0.02% less lesbian.

I’m also pretty happy since I got beautiful photocards to commemorate his POP. For free as well!

Not to be the green-eyed monster, but I see the people around me improving their lives and becoming happier literally by the second. Whereas, I always feel so lost in Life. I wonder if it is all just in the mind or it is what I perceive to be realistically true.

I just wished that I had more willpower to stay on track of all my goals. Sighs..

Good or bad?

Bad news is that my scale hates me, it is going up faster than the UP movie. (okay, corny, i know…)
Good news is that gym makes me so tired, I don’t have time to sit at my computer and feel hungry or mouth itchy later at night. It’s dinner, bathe and immediately sleep. I don’t even need to lie comfortably. Last night, I slept with the lights on and that’s a major b*tch. Because it heats up the room and I get blinded when I wake up in the middle of the night! Grr!

Bad news is my DOMS is apparent and I still walk like I have something in between my legs. :O
Good news is that I think it’s getting better, and it’s a sign I am getting ‘stronger’ :/

Well, so I have to be up early today since there will be a workshop later. I think there will be catered food, must watch my tummy! Because tabata isn’t easy and I still have a long way to go and only 4 more lessons with my gym And I don’t know whether this is bad or good news! >.< I am still pretty much very unfit as compared to before, struggling with some exercises but kinda getting back the old swing in my step back gradually. Had to deload yesterday in view of my DOMS, but honestly, it wasn’t that bad.
